A private space for us to converse and connect

Today we’re announcing a new addition to our Substack publication: AJ Doodles subscriber chat.

This is a conversation space exclusively for subscribers—like a group chat or live hangout. We will post questions and updates, and you can jump into the discussion. Please note that only paying subscribers can start new threads. If you are not a paid subscriber, you can reply to the threads.

We will create threads for people to share their doodles with us and the community. The chat is a place for sharing and feedback from other artists. Every week, when we post a doodle tutorial, we will start a thread for that tutorial. You can reply and share your drawing with the AJ Doodles subscribers.

You can also start threads with questions, comments, artwork, and more. We would love to hear from you!

How to get started

1. Get the Substack app by clicking this link or the button below. New chat threads won’t be sent via email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss conversation as it happens. You can also access chat on the web.

2. Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for our chat inside.

3. That’s it! Jump into our threads to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
